Repéré par une  page Facebook  le 14 Novembre, des plaisantins ont mis en vente le Mistral sur le site d'affaires Le Bon Coin: "Mistral d'occaz très peu servi (état neuf) ".

Nov 14, 02:00pm: An activist, Yuriy Tyukhnin, noticed that the MMSI number of the Mistral Vladivostok just changed from 227022600 (France) to 273549920 (Russia). The boat seems to be already officially Russian by now. MMSIs are regulated and managed internationally by the  International Telecommunications Union  in Geneva, Switzerland, just as radio call signs are regulated. The MMSI format and use is documented in Article 19 of the ITU Radio Regulations and  ITU-R Recommendation M.585-6 , available from the ITU. We use  this link  to track the movements of the boat and as you can see, the French MMSI does not exist anymore, it has been transferred to a Russian MMSI. In France, the procedure to get a MMSI is quite straight and you have to have  all documents in order to get it. Si la France décide de livrer les navires de guerre de classe Mistral, les pays directement menacés par cette livraison à Vladimir Poutine réagiront très certainement en n'achetant pas d'armes à la France. If France goes ahead and delivers the Mistral war ships to Russia, the countries that are directly threatened by Putin having such powerful weapon will most likely react by not buying any arms from the French market. For Poland alone, France will kick itself out of  a market of more than 21 billion euros , three years of the total goal for the French arms industry if it does not cancel the Mistral deal. The delivery of a class Mistral war ship to Putin has just been put on hold for one month. Considering Putin's open invasion of Ukraine, we strongly believe that this deal has to be totally cancelled. We will gather in 10 different countries this Sunday the 07th of September to ask: - NATO, EU or any country opposing the Mistral deal to make an offer to buy the ships in order to unblock the situation. - Francois Hollande to definitely cancel the Mistral deal with Russia. - France to forbid the sea trials of the Mistral "Vladivostok" on the 10th of September as there are risks of it sailing in international waters and escape to Russia. - President Poroshenko to request an international meeting to discuss the threat involved by the delivery of these war ships to Putin and find solutions. The first Mistral class war ship that France is willing to deliver to Russia is about to go on sea trials on the 10th of September with the Russian military sailors that are being trained in St-Nazaire on board. This is a golden opportunity for France and Russia to circumvent a possible Embargo that might be signed soon. The war ship is supposed to go on sea trials for 9 days in the international waters. This is higly reminiscent of an event that escaped too easily from French memories: the "Boats of Cherbourg". Le premier navire de guerre de classe Mistral que la France veut délivrer à la Russie s'apprête a partir en mer pour essais le 10 Septembre avec à son bord les marins Russes actuellement en formation a St-Nazaire. Ceci est l'occasion rêvée à la fois pour la Russie comme pour la France de contourner un éventuel embargo qui pourrait être voté sous peu. Le navire est censé partir 9 jours en essai dans les eaux internationales. Cela rappelle l'épisode trop facilement sorti des mémoires Françaises des "Vedettes de Cherbourg". Réponse à la question: Qu'allez vous expliquer aux personnes qui se trouveraient au chômage technique à la suite d'une annulation du contrat Mistral et en cas de non paiement de la Russie ? a) En ce qui concerne les termes de paiements, on peut lire tout et sont contraire car le contrat est couvert par le secret militaire. A ce jour ce que l’on peut considérer comme vraisemblable est que le contrat Mistral est signé entre « Rosoboronexport »et « DCNS ».  Il y a lieu de penser qu’il y a un calendrier de règlement comme dans tout contrat à long terme. Il est impossible d’imaginer que l’ensemble des règlements ne seraient dûs qu’à la livraison du deuxième Mistral, le « Sébastopol ». Le chantier «STX » de ST Nazaire n’est que le sous-traitant de « DCNS ». « STX » est payé au pourcentage d’avancement par « DCNS ». Il est difficile de dire qu’un quelconque non-paiement par « Rosoboronexport », si tant est que cela soit possible, puisse mettre en péril l’emploi à St Na...
