Французькі активісти провели у неділю акцію протесту, виступивши проти продажу Росії десантно-вертолітних кораблів-доків (ДВКД) типу «Містраль», напроти причалу у місті Сен-Назер, де стоїть перший з двох кораблів «Владивосток».
Про це кореспонденту Укрінформу повідомив один з організаторів акції «Всесвітній день анти-Містраль» Бернар Грюа.
«Ми зібралися у неділю поблизу верфей французької компанії STX, яка будує «Містралі» для Росії, щоб висловити свій протест і пояснити нашому уряду та росіянам, що Бретань - це не Крим», - сказав він.
За його словами, біля причалу зібралося понад 50 активістів, одягнених у синьо-жовті кольори під прапорами Франції, ЄС, України, Грузії та інших країн, яким можуть загрожувати «Містралі».
«Таким чином, ми хочемо мобілізувати не лише українців і французів, а й усіх тих, кому не байдужа агресивна політика РФ», - сказав він. Активісти приїхали з різних регіонів Франції, домовившись заздалегідь через соціальні мережі.
У свою чергу голова репрезентаційного Комітету українців Франції Наталя Пастернак зазначила, що «французький уряд не повинен постачати кораблі росіянам, їм краще знайти інших покупців, ніж озброювати росіян, які вбивають українців і не тільки». На її переконання Путін може використати «Містралі» для війни з країнами Балтії.
Нагадаємо, французька влада після запровадження у травні нових санкцій проти РФ не скасувала відповідний контракт на постачання «Містралів». Згідно із заявами офіційних представників влади, Франція змушена виконувати раніше ухвалену угоду з Росією, проте остаточне рішення щодо постачання «Містралів» Париж ухвалюватиме у жовтні.
Це вже не перший протест проти «Містралів». На початку червня українські та французькі активісти провели акцію безпосередньо перед корабельнями в Сен-Назер, де стоїть перший корабель типу «Містраль» -«Владивосток».

In turn, the head of the Representation Committee of Ukrainians in France Natalia Pasternak said that "the French government should not supply ships to the Russians, it is better to find other buyers than to arm the Russians who kill Ukrainians and more." According to her, Putin can use the Mistral for war with the Baltic states.
It will be recalled that after the introduction of new sanctions against Russia in May, the French authorities did not cancel the relevant contract for the supply of Mistrals .
