Об этом собственному корреспонденту Укринформа сообщили французские активисты, которые выступают против продажи «Мистралей» России.

«С 6:42 17 октября «Владивосток» находится на выходе из бухты порта Сен-Назер в ожидании прилива. Французский буксир ночью отбуксировал вертолетоносец с швартовой площадки до выхода из бухты», - отметил один из активистов Димитрий Альби (Dimitri Halby). 

При этом официальный сайт порта не отображает перемещение вертолетоносца от швартовой площадки к выходу из портовой бухты Сен-Назера См. сайт.  Раньше активисты зафиксировали в графике перемещения кораблей выход «Владивостока», который сначала был запланирован на 21 ноября т.г., а затем дата была перенесена на 17 октября. При этом на сайте не была отображена информация о возвращении «Владивостока», а впоследствии администрация порта вообще убрала любую информацию о «Мистралях» и учебном российском корабле «Смоляной» с двумя экипажами для вертолетоносцев.

Вместе с тем, несколько дней назад местное французское издание Ouest France объявило о решении исполнителя контракта на проведение двух новых «ходовых испытаний» в ближайшие дни. Цель испытаний – завершение подготовки российских военных моряков. При этом активисты сообщают, что на протяжении сентября-октября «Владивосток» с российским экипажем дважды выходил в открытое море для подобных учений.

Французские активисты также отмечают, что согласно сообщениям российских СМИ оба «российских» «Мистраля» после ходовых испытаний были отключены от Автоматической идентификационной системы (Automatic Identification| System| - AIS), которая позволяет следить за кораблями в режиме реального времени.

Вместе с тем, активисты для слежки за движением «Владивостока» используют другую систему - Maritime Mobile Service Identity (MMSI|). Эта система позволяет получить уникальный идентификатор для каждого судна, который будет оставаться до конца его эксплуатации. Согласно MMS, «Владивосток» имеет номер 227022600, первые три цифры которого означают страну-владельца, то есть 227 – это Франция. Россия имеет номер 273. Таким образом, активисты допускают, что как только стороны договорятся, номер «Владивостока» может будет изменен на 273022600.
