Remember, how the case was desperate: "They want to break this deal? They will never succeed. They are just crazy!" Each individual implication made this endeavour possible. The selfies album is a sample of the large mobilisation then created.

In the attached video (Ukrainian and English, with French subtitles) you will hear the President Poroshenko saying to the activists of "'No Mistrals for Putin" that he is optimistic about a positive conclusion. Video, courtesy of Yuriy Tyukhnin:

Nevertheless, "No Mistrals For Putin" always stated the freeze of Mistral invasion deliveries vessels was not enough. "No Mistrals For Putin" claimed, and still claims, for the Putin's Mistral deal termination. Only this termination will free French President and Government speech to, eventually, openly say what's going on in eastern Europe. Then, Kremlin's propaganda will not be the only channel which determines French opinion about the war in Ukraine.

Moreover, to help the French citizens to have a better understanding of the situation and to get tangible information, we recommend a visit of French Members of the Parliament to Kyiv. It will, at least, show a more balanced attitude of France, while a group of MP already made two visits to Russian Duma in less than one year. Thanks to the international network resulting from its action, "No Mistrals for Putin" would be glad to support this initiative. Your tangible comments and proposals and welcome.
